At many times during the year, stress and lack of sleep may begin to effect normal day-time behavior in the form of irritability, impatience and even anger. These downward characteristics in one’s outlook can also become the classic signature of sleep deprivation.

    Sometimes drugs make me too drowsy. I wake up felling like a zombie in the morning when I usually should be bouncing into the day.

    This sleepsonic pillow seems like cool idea that my choice of soft stereo sounds of seagulls and waves CD collection can actually calm the brain and get me into a better sleep state. Wow I am going to really consider this. Thank you for the information.
